Information on compliance with the Accessibility Act
We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act, as amended, implementing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services. In doing so, we have complied with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as far as possible. Further information on the conclusion of contracts (description of our services, explanations on the performance of our services) can be found at https://www.spuelboy.de/de/cms/agb.

Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Incompatibility with accessibility regulations: PDF documents are available for download on the website, but these are not yet accessible. If you require assistance with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact us at the following email address info@spuelboy.de. In this case, we will endeavour to provide you with the content in a suitable format as far as possible.

Disproportionate burden: For economic and organisational reasons, it is not yet possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.

The listed incompatibilities with accessibility regulations are being corrected on an ongoing basis.

This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation: Older documents and content that are not accessible are available on the website. As these were published before 28 June 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.

The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that we have not developed, financed or controlled. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with accessibility regulations, and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.

Creation of the declaration of accessibility
This statement was prepared based on an assessment carried out by a third party. The website's compatibility with the BaFG was also assessed in the form of a self-test in accordance with WCAG 2.2. Our website is continuously being improved. Usability and accessibility are very important to us. If you encounter any barriers on our website that hinder or restrict your use of it, please let us know by sending an email to the following address info@spuelboy.de.

In this case, please briefly describe the problem and provide the URL of the affected website or document. We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.
